Report content
Use the form below. You don't need an account. Signed in? You can also use the report button on the character, picture or review. If the form doesn't work, email [email protected] and start the subject with the type of report.
Intimate images of a real person
Subject: Intimate image. If a picture, video or character on Kailoom shows a real person nude, sexual or intimate without their consent, including AI-made or fake ones, tell us where it is (a link, or the character's name and owner) and that you are the person or act for them. We remove it within 48 hours of a valid report, and copies we can find too. You do not have to prove who you are beyond a reasonable statement.
Anything sexual involving a minor
Subject: Child safety. Send the link only, never the content itself. We remove it, keep what the law requires and report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). You can also report directly at report.cybertip.org.
A character of a real person
Subject: Likeness. If a character uses your name, face or voice, or that of someone you represent, and you want it gone, send a link or the character's name, who you are and how to reach you. We take it down, and can block the name from being used again.
Copyright (DMCA notice)
Subject: Copyright. To be valid under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, your notice needs:
- your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is fine);
- the work you say is infringed;
- where the infringing content is on Kailoom, with enough detail for us to find it;
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not allowed by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or allowed to act for the owner.
We remove the content and tell the person who posted it, with a copy of the notice. Sending a false notice on purpose can make you liable for damages.
Counter notice. If your content was removed and you think that was a mistake, reply with: your signature, what was removed and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone number, and that you agree to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or Missouri if you are outside the US) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. Unless they tell us they have gone to court, we may put it back after 10 to 14 business days.
